This is college life, therefore a lot of work, stress, and doubts might appear. Don’t let them get to you, and, most important, if they do get to you, make sure you keep distance from interacting with your friends or family when you are in those mental states. There is no point in projecting your bad mood to other people, as it will lead to nothing productive. Instead, recognize that you are not in the best mood to talk to people, take a break, and come back when you feel you can respond in a mature way instead of reacting based on your stress.
Written after I let stress influence my conversation with my parents; after I took a break, and I realized it was the stress in me speaking, I called them back and told them I was sorry. Be aware of these kind of moments, because the last thing you want is to hurt your dear ones.
